HOW IT WORKS
Simply enter your information to generate the returns shipping label.
Once you receive the label, simply attach it to your parcel and drop it off at a post box or take it to your local post office.
The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your store credit once the return has been processed.
For international returns, please email us at email@example.com with your order number.
We offer a flat rate Australia Post shipping label
for our AU customers.
Return postage is $10.00 AUD
- Please make sure that all items are returned in its original, unwashed, unaltered condition with all tags attached and in its original plastic packaging.
- Unfortunately we will not be able to accept any returns of dresses that have makeup stains or perfume scents.
- If the returned item does not meet our returns conditions, the item(s) will be returned back to the customer.
- We highly recommend you to keep the tracking record for all returns as we are not liable for loss or damaged returned parcels. You should expect to receive your store within 1-5 business days after we receive the item.
- Please note that we do not accept returns for a refund if you did not receive your order in time for a specific event or if the event was cancelled.
