Returns Policy

For Ready-To-Ship & Multiway Dress Orders

If you experience any problems with your purchase, please contact us via email or through our website and we will do everything we can to resolve any issues. 

We accept returns for all items for a store credit only. You must notify us within 14 days after receiving your garment to arrange a return. Please email us at admin@modelchic.com.au with your order number. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number and a returns form. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the date you received your RMA number.

Please make sure that all items are returned in its original, unwashed, unaltered condition with all tags attached and in its original plastic packaging. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept any returns of dresses that have makeup stains or perfume scents. If the returned item does not meet our returns conditions, the item(s) will be returned back to the customer.

We highly recommend you to keep the tracking record for all returns as we are not liable for loss or damaged returned parcels. You should expect to receive your store within 1-5 business days after we receive the item.

Please note that we do not accept returns for a refund if you did not receive your order in time for a specific event.

 

For Custom Made Orders

Custom made dresses are made specifically to the measurements that you provide and this means that no one else will be able to wear the dress once it is made. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for all custom made dresses. So sorry! To ensure that you get the right fit, please follow our How To Measure guide and triple check all your measurements and colour choice before ordering. 

 

Faulty Or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us immediately at admin@modelchic.com.au and we will assist you with any issues.

  

Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel a purchase, including pre-orders, as we are unable to cancel it once the order has been processed at the warehouse. For custom-made orders, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order.
