Returns Policy

If you experience any problems with your purchase, please contact us via email or through our website and we will do everything we can to resolve any issues. 

We accept returns for all items for an exchange or a store credit. You must notify us within 7 days after receiving your garment to arrange a return. Please email us at admin@modelchic.com.au  with your order number. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number and a returns form. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the date you received your RMA number.

Please make sure that all items are returned in its original, unwashed, unaltered condition with all tags attached and in its original plastic packaging. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept any returns of dresses that have makeup stains or perfume scents. If the returned item does not meet our returns conditions, the item(s) will be returned back to the customer.

We highly recommend you to keep the tracking record for all returns as we are not liable for loss or damaged returned parcels. You should expect to receive your store within 1-5 business days after we receive the item.

We do not accept returns for a refund if you did not receive your order in time for a specific event.

Please note: We cannot accept returns for custom made & altered dresses. We strongly recommend to follow our measurements guide before placing an order.

 

Faulty Or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped out.

 

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your purchase, please send us an email to raine@modelchic.com.au and we will make arrangements for you.

 

Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel a purchase as we are unable to cancel it once the order has been processed at the warehouse. For custom-made orders, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order.
